Orders, training courses and certification bodies<\/h3>\n<p>When you order or register for a training course, we process the data necessary to fulfill the order and organise the training.<\/p>\n<p>In connection with certain certification training courses, Cybexpert must transmit certain participant data, including their name and email address, to the relevant training or certification body in order to enable, in particular:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>registration for the training course;<\/li>\n<li>creation of or access to the training platform;<\/li>\n<li>organisation and taking of the examination;<\/li>\n<li>management of the certification process;<\/li>\n<li>issuance of the certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For <strong>PECB <\/strong>training courses, the necessary data is transmitted to PECB. PECB then processes the data received in accordance with its own obligations and its own privacy policy.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Payments<\/h3>\n<p>Our online store may offer payment methods including:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>credit or debit card;<\/li>\n<li>TWINT;<\/li>\n<li>PayPal;<\/li>\n<li>and, depending on the services concerned, by bank transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The data required to process the payment is transmitted to the relevant payment service provider. These providers may act as independent data controllers for certain processing activities and apply their own privacy policies. <\/p>\n<p>In particular:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">TWINT <\/span><\/strong>payments are processed within the TWINT ecosystem and by the relevant financial institutions or payment service providers;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>PayPal<\/strong><\/span> payments involve the processing of data by PayPal and the companies or service providers required to process the payment;<\/li>\n<li>card payments are processed by the payment service provider used by our online store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We may receive information from these providers such as the payment status, a transaction reference, the amount paid and the information required to reconcile the payment with the order.<\/p>\n<h3>6.
